I have had an outer ear infection in one ear and had amoxicillin and ear spray but I still have bad ear pain in both ears today after finishing my course.

You must be suffering from otitis externa which is not responding to routine antibiotics. Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and change in antibiotic if necessary
