Ear pain from 3 days

Having ear pain from past 3 days in the right ear and throat pain on that side. There is no discharge, no hearing loss or anything like this. It feels normal just that there is pain espeacially while swallowing. I cleaned the ear 3 days back. As a home remedy i am putting warm mustard oil and took pcm for pain relief. There is no fever but little uneasiness. Please suggest some ear drops or medicine.

Chances are high that pain throat is causing referred pain in ear start tab hifenac p twice a day for 5days plus tab augmentin 625 twice a day for 5days soft and bland diet
