My left ear has pain from one week and it gets blocked frequently. When i sleep or bow down i feel dizziness and feels like i will fall down.

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get otoscopy ( status ear drum), vestibular tests ( to differentiate central or peripheral causes of vertigo). Depending on the examination, treatment can be started...you may require antibiotics ( oral & aural) and anti vertigo medications, it should be taken under medical supervision..good luck.
