Ear not properly opened for new born

3 months old baby girl ear is not opened completely. At birth it was almost completely closed but after some days it opened little but not complete. how it can be treated ? Should we wait for it to open for more time or go for surgury

It's a surgical problem,plz consult a plastic surgeon. Also get hearing checked to rule out any internal problems.
