This can occur when you have a deviated nasal septum or allergic rhinitis with or without sinusitis...It will require medical with/without surgical treatment depending on the investigation results. You need to get a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses if requires to determine the problem and the treatment needed.
