Ear jammed and voice echo

Hello Sir/Maam, I have been experiencing some issue in my right ear. It feels like choked and Jam often times. At that time when i speak, it feels like my voice echos and i am "not able to speak and communicate clearly". In short, i feel right ear as Jammed, heaviness and feel like my voice echo to me when i speak. I often have these symptom since a long time. Please suggest.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. If you frequently get nose related problems such as allergy then it may be the cause.
