Dear Doctor I have been experiencing persistent itching in my ears for the past month. The discomfort is frequent and sometimes intense, causing irritation. The itching occurs in both ears, though it may be more noticeable in one ear than the other. The sensation usually comes and goes throughout the day, but it has been continuous over the past several weeks. Could you please advise on possible causes and whether I should seek further treatment or if there is anything I can do to alleviate the itching .
