I started scraching my ear which made it turn black and also some scaly thing and place is wet I have attached pictures pls tell me what to do .

Your left ear seems to be normal. But right ear is not clear. It looks like some infection in right ear, but that is not clear. Please review with a better image You may need certain medication based on your symptoms. Avoid further use of ear buds and frequent use of handling of ear with different agents.
