I ear get blocked sometimes due to nose issue. I have been putting otrivin as suggested by doctor. Do I have some infection in my nose or ear? Also bones in my left ear pains when touched. Left side of my head pains when I sleep on that side.

Its possible that you have an ear infection. A course of apt antibiotic & otrivin n/d followed by steam inhalation would solve your problem i feel.
