Hi, my 2months old is getting pus in her ear and crying a lot. No fever and no cold. Please suggest an antibiotic

Need details.... Is there any cold? After breastfeed are u doing burping....don't jump to antibiotics

First clean the outer part of ear pus neatly with a cotton swab , then u can use otobiotic ear drops, 2 drops daily three times
