Hi doctor, Can we use Candibiotic plus ear drops to my 4 year old toddler ? She has cold and cough , recently she had her ear wax removal from an ENt ..n now she is complaining of severe ear pain.. If we try to touch her ear she shouts out of pain.. Thanks,

No..  Don't use any drops.
Next Steps
Looks like acute otitis media. A course of medicines with antibiotics and analgesic along with nasal decongestant will be helpful.

please get her examined.. we will use a quadriderm ear pack which will be changed every 2 day till she gets better

Give her anti allergic and anti-inflammatory . Nasivion S nasal drops on both nostrils.
