My son is 5.7 years old. Weight approx 17kg. He got ear infection and pain is there in one ear. Doctor gave syp Augmentin duo and syp wikoryl. Can I give this two medicines together? After food or before food? I attached photo of the antibiotic medicine, kindly tell is it the correct medicine?
