Hi,  your having secretory otitis media,  generally happens after an attack of cold, or resolving ear infection. Not to be much worried,  with medicines it resolves easily.

Hi , I understand your concern, that you are having ear fullness , some fluid inside with out pain. You had made numerous attempts as you mentioned here, don’t try to puncture or do anything in the ear , it may relive spontaneously some times with treatment or if necessary we will do it Do you have any other symptoms of cold ?

Hi...there are several causes for heaviness/ fullness of the ear.. for none of them...you are advised to self clean or drain... Mostly it could be serous otitis media...but detailed history is needed.
