I had blocked ears and cold after a flight and even though the cold is gone or at least less .. my left ear still feels full and I can’t hear as well with it ..no pain or discharge at all

You need to take medicines for that. Tb sinarest LP twice a day Xylomist nasal drop, 2 drops three times a day. This you have to take for 7 days.
