My ear is full of wax and when I insert earbud it pains. Please recommend any good ear cleaning solution.

You can try waxonil ear drops. But ear pain needn't be only because of wax. U need to be sure its not an infection else using wax drops can worsen it.

Ear bud is for external use only. It should not be inserted in the ear. Insert soliwax ear drops 4 drops 3 times a day for 5 days then consult ENT surgeon for removal of wax. Do not remove by yourself.
