This is CSOM, Your ear-drum is having perforation,, it must be repaired, then only hearing will improve and discharge will stop permanently. Delaying can lead to severe complications.
Next Steps
Get perforation repaired, the procedure is called TYMPANOPLASTY.  Latest TRANSCANAL technique is best, in which there is NO-PAIN, NO-CUT, NO-STICH, outside ear.

This could be infection in ear because of perforated drum (CSOM). CSOM leads to hearing loss and ear discharge. Treatment is first to make ear dry followed by surgery.
