Ear discharge in 45days old baby boy

Yellow discharge is observe in ear of my 45days old son and i cleaned with cloth and when i check the inside of ear with mobile torch on ,white semi fluid is observed .Is this an indication of ear infection ??? Some times breast milk while feeding will go near the outer ear and during night ,i don't clean it properly ,is the cause of that discharge ??

Yellow discharge with foul smell is due to infection. Try to avoid in lying position . if symptoms persist - consult near by pediatrician directly

Feed ur baby with slightly elevated position. Consult ent surgeon.
