I want to clear my ear dirts.. Please suggest me some good ear drop for the same.. Thanks in advance..

Wax inside the ear can't be cleaned by drops alone. Drops available are wax softeners and they only make the wax soft so that ENT specialist can remove it easily either by suctioning or syringing. You should not try to remove it yourself
