Ear clogged after swimmin

Hi Bith my ears got clogged due to water after swimming yesterday, though some water came out but it is still clogged, leading to a headache now. Please advice

The most likely problem is Eustachean Tube Catarrh. Use Saline Nasal Drops (Otrivin) in nose, Steam inhalation and do valsalva manouvre ie pull in air in mouth, pinch the nose & blow air in ears by tightly locking the lips.
