I need to clean my son ear's ,since I see wax present in there. What should I do? How should I clean the ear regular ly.

If there is hard wax, you can use wax solvent for softening and after that clean it by syringing. But you shouldn't do it by yourself as it can injure his ear canal or tympanic membrane. Always ask the help of your ENT doctor for cleaning ear.
