I have ear blockage in my ears. Seems like wax. Should I use some wax off ear drops before going to doctor to get it unclogged.

You may be having impacted wax inside your ear canal or it may be eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
