Hi, I feel my right ear has blocked with some water which is dropping out and also I feel pain around the ear. I have been cleaning regularly my ears, but from past 3 days I felt some itching and pain from night also blocked with water drop out. Please help me out. Thank you.

As per your description you might have developed fungal infection in the ear.. stop frequent cleaning of ear.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
