Most likely you have a perforation of your ear drum. Show it to a specialist nearby. Do not put ear drops. Keep ear dry. Sometimes the perforation heals spontaneously. If pus starts or water goes in then it is unlikely to heal by itself. Show it to a specialist at once
You may have developed traumatic perforation of ear drum due to slap on your ear. That may have caused bleeding from the ear. You should visit nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis
