I usually get pimples in my outer ear because I have oily skin and scalp now i had a pimple in my ear bad one and a big one it bursted somehow and i got bleeding in my pimple that had gone inside my ear i cleared it with an ear bud that ear bud turned out red i got worried was is pimple or bleeding inside my ear

It is very difficult to understand the source of the bleed without physical examination. Trying to meddle with a swelling inside the ear yourself wouldn't be the best way forward because it can cause more damage and the infection can spread. I would strongly recommend that you visit an ENT specialist in-person for detailed examination of the ear. You may require antibiotics.
