Dysphonia can be treated fully?

Can Dysphonia be treated for a 33 year old male? Endoscopy shows gap in vocal cord which does not close. Voice is manly..but not always..keeps varying

Can try voice therapy. But if no Improvement, can think about vocal cord fillers. And also rule out any muscle tension Dysphonia
