Since 3/4 years i have dyspepsia & strong aversion, i'm tiny & weak, i have dizziness. when i hungry i want to eat but when i eat something, i can eat little & then i feel tight stomach। what i do? i'm female, 40 years

These appear signs of Gastritis. Although other possibilities need to be ruled out. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. A proper treatment usually heals these problems.
