For the learning disability, I would suggest a special educator .
For the eye plucking, a detailed history is required - does she do it when she's anxious ? Is it early stage of OCD/trichotillomania ? Is it a tic.
Unfortunately there are no genetic tests currently available which can predict learning disability in your next child, so there's nothing that can be done. But if there is a family history of other genetically transmitted diseases in your or your husband's family, testing for them can be done.
Next Steps
enrollment in a special education class.
Health Tips
if it is Trichotillomania, medicines and behavior therapy will help.
