Dyshidrosis Eczema Problem

I have been diagnosed with Dyshidrosis Eczema by the doctor on the palms. Prescribed Flutibact Cream and Betnesol Forte 1mg (2 tabs twice daily)and asked to see after one week. I am worried, is it curable permanently? Is the doctor's prescription right? How long will it take to be completly cured? What is the source/reason of this disease?
