I have itchy, red, rashes due to dustmites. They are slightly swollen as well. Can you recommend any OTC ointment for it?

Greetings. the following will help you: 1. Use a moisturiser daily and regularly - moisturized skin is less likely to react to allergens and to form atopic dermatitits 2. You could use calamine lotion in case of urticarial or wheal like lesions 3. If itching is persistent / recurrent - you will need antihistamines - under prescription 4. Use dust mite proof linen/ bedding - this may be a little expensive and not easily available
