Remember every medicine comes at the cost of side effects.. stop using any laxative .. better would be to focus on ur diet .. and ur fissure and hemmorhoids need to be addressed .. visit a nearby surgeon as it may need surgical removal also.. meanwhile while operating surgeon does manual dilatation and sphincterotomy which eases out the constipation
Next Steps
Meanwhile get ur thyroid checked
Health Tips
High fiber diet, satisbagol, increased fluid intake.,salads and start using basil seeds also

Duphalac is completely harmless and has no long term side effects. But your constipation issue and fissure might need treatment so do consult a surgeon for proper treatment.
Next Steps
Take plenty of fluids and high fibre diet.
