My brother is dumb and deaf from child i want to be him normal like us hearing and speaking please give suggestion is he need to go any ear operation and any medicin please suggest me.

He could go in for a cochlear implant for hearing rehabilitation but speech therapy is very very difficult at this age and may take many years painfully difficult training and it not only involves the patients but also their care giving family too. And it is very expensive too. A binaural implant, surgery, hospitalisation and audiological support and the speech therapy will cost upwards of ₹18 lakhs. Even after spending that amount, it is still an uphill task if the patient and family do not participate actively in this process! Are you ready for all that?
