Dull skin and under eye dark circles

Hi, My skin is getting dull day by day and losing its brightness even after using all kinda of serum. And hair loss increases gradually and slowly And I have very prominent dark circles . Specificky right eye may b due to migraine. Pls suggest some remedies or medicine.
