Dull pain in right upper abdomen

I suffer from gastritis and gerd from past few years. But from 2 months I have dull pain in right upper abdomen nearby to the ribcage near to liver region. A doctor had told I suffer from gilbert syndrome. What can be the issue. Is the pain ibs diverticulitis or anything to be checked with ultrasound abdomen pelvic for liver check.

Gilbert syndrome is a congenital condition of liver. It may be cause of dull pain. But right upper abdomen pain may be due to other causes also.  Need DETAILED history
