Dull Pain in lower abdomen- right side

I've been having this dull pain since yesterday. After I woke up today morning, the pain had gone. But towards the afternoon today, the pain has started again. I feel slightly relieved if gas is passing but the pain comes and goes by itself.

Most likely gas in abdomenà 1.tab sompraz L 1 tab once daily before food 2.lactifibre 3 tsp after dinner
