I feel dull pain in left scrotum in back of left testicle that radiates to left side lower back also i feel a hard lump between joint of Epididmytis and testicle, lump is on Epididmytis. Sometime I feel swelling in Epididmytis that time pain is more and when i sleep on chair or on bed i feel more pain but i cant locate where pain occurs i can only say pain is on the back of testicle where Epididmytis is attached
