Dull intermittent Pain in Right Abdomen

Hi, Recently diagnosed with G4 bilateral Varicocele, Epididymis cyst. Have done other GI test like USG whole abdomen, Hepatitis , Endoscopy . All test reports are normal. Presently on medication for IBS and mild Fatty liver. But still feeling intermittent paint in lower right quadrant in abdomen. Please suggest should I go for CT scan for more detail or the pain is because of Varicocele

Varicocele does not cause pain. If pain is associated with vomiting or fever then a scan will help
