Yesterday (more than 24 hours ago). I accidentally squeezed one testicle in between legs. I had very minor dull ache sensation. That testicle hang lower to the other one and has always been like this. I notice it hang slight more lower. No swelling, bruising, fever, blood in urine or pain. Only symptoms are very mild occasionally dull ache and testicle hanging lower. How worried should I be. Do I need quick medical follow up or can wait for sometime to observe symptoms.
