Dull ache in right testicle

Dear doctor, I'm feeling mild dull ache in my right testcle, and making me discomfort. This was happening from past 3 days, pls help me, no painful urination. No discomfort during erection and ejaculation, No injury happened. But still feels discomfort and mild ache. Previously I had this problem and get my scrotal Doppler done shows grade-I vericocele but urologist suggest no issues and I had a child after that, pls help me

If its a mild pain as you mentioned, you just start ignoring it..you have done tests and grade 1 varicocele found but it won't cause any pain and it needs no treatment.. Sometimes muscular contraction of small muscles in scrotum while doing sternous activities can cause this kind of discomfort
