Having constant dull ache from last night and till now...it burned and increased for a while shifted from centre to upper abdomen after a while. mentioning that I have anxiety issues. Else I'm not feeling much of gastric feeling. having very minute dull ache right now. I have no idea what to do

• tablet spasmonil ( 1 in the morning afternoon and night). • tab pan-D 40mg (1 in the morning and 1 at night)
