Hi I have fallen down and now my fingers color is full of blood. Now what to do?? Will it go ?? Please do the needful

You have bruises(ecchymoses).. Give good amount of rest to your leg and wrap a clean, dry towel around ice cubes. Apply this on the spots after every few minutes.. That might settle down within a week
