Observation: Hypoperfused left kidney is smaller in size cortical tracer uptake & clearance is markedly diminished & delayed. Pelvicalyceal system appears dilated showing progressive tracer, accumulation, draining gradually, post lasix Right kidney is normal in shape, Mild passive tracer stasis is seen in the partially extra renal Pelvis, draining gradually, post lasix Impressions :Hydronephrotic, smaller, non obstructed left kidney with moderate to severely impaired cortical function Differential Renal    Right kidney     left kidney Function %                      72%                28% GFR in ml/min             25.40               9.86 Please suggest??
