Dual marker test showing lower values

Hello Doctor! I have done nt scan at 11 weeks. Reports came normal but my dual marker test showing readings below normal range. so doctor suggested to repeat the dual test but again its showing same lower values. Doctor again suggested to repeat nt scan as well as dual marker test.. What can be the reason? Please guide.. Thank you!

Can you send the reports both double marker and NT scan You don't have to repeat dual markers you will need NIPT
