Hi my baby's 3rd dose vaccination of dtwp and PCV is on 20th jan, can we give him vaccination a bit earlier like on 11th jan???, as his last 2nd dose of vaccination was done on 20th dec, so they have the date of 3rd vaccination on 20th jan, as we have to travel at our in laws place in Hyderabad, since covid variant is spreading badly so we are thinking to vaccinate our baby before travelling can you please guide like how much span should be there in last dose and present dose and can we get our baby vaccine 10 days earlier w(which will be 20days span from last vaccine ) Please guide Baby age: 4months

No minimum gap between doses is 28 days. So please maintain that much. The vaccine will not work well if given earlier. You can give it a little later also.
