Dryskin and wrinkles problems

At 27 it’s very unlikely to have face full of wrinkles . Firstly need to know is it since birth or young age ? Secondly pictures might help in making a diagnosis better as icthyotic skin and wrinkles are poles apart . Consult online for further help
