Hello there , I can understand your concern . You can use ontears eye drops one drop for four to five times a day . But you have to give your eyes proper rest at regular intervals . Dont sit for long hours in front of tv / computer screen. Have a high protein diet and lots of water . And wash your eyes with water thrice a day .
