I have used a cream called skinlite for more than 6 mnths and once i came to know its side effects i stopped using it ,and after a week i started experiencing a lot of dryness over my face and alot of tiny bums and dark patches my on face ,2 weeks ago i visited a Dermatologist and told my pblms and she gave some creams and lotions .,after applying it my face became too red and dry and made my face even worser ,can u please help me  , whether i should go with her medicines or not because its not working on my skin rather than making it even bad,  please let me know
