Hi while I sleep in the night my throat becomes dry and in mrng bad smell will come and also while sleeping some times there might b little irritation in the middle of chest. Also there will be sputum coming in the mrng after that there is no sputum till the whole day

Need local examination of oral cavity. Maintain proper oral hygiene. How is the sputum colour ?
