Dryness in eyes
I have dryness in my eyes. I am using lubricating eye drops and wearing spectacles. I want to improve my eyesight. What is the possible solution because I know curing myopia is not possible. But atleast I want to reduce the dryness. I want to eat vitamin A medicines for my healthy eyes.

What is your age and are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome. There is no medicine or exercise to get of Myopia except lasik. That too depends ipon the evaluation of your preoperative check up .
Vit A should not be taken unnecessarily.
