Take frequent breaks every 20 mins for 20 secs and look at distant objects. Keep ur pc screen at a level below ur eye level. Avoid direct blow of AC or fan in the eyes . use carboxymethyl cellulose CMC 1% eyedrops like refresh liquegel 3 times a day. get ur refraction checked by qualified Ophthalmologist.
