Dryness causing wrinkles

My skin is very dry and i apply moisturizer very frequently..But beacuse of this dryness my skin has started getting wrinkles. I regularly wash my hands with Soap and apply moisturizer. Both my hands and legs have wrinkles now.Please suggest a solution

Hello, wrinkles are the part of body's natural ageing process. Fortunately, there are many solutions that a Dermatologist can offer you. You will require an intense moisturizer, a non drying soap, preferably in syndet base must be used for bathing. For face a Vitamin c serum with hyaluronic acid will help.
